It's an awesome way to sneak more veggies into your dinner. Pro-tip: The secret to a successful crust is making sure you have removed as much water as possible from your cauliflower. If needed, you might want to squeeze any leftover liquid out through a kitchen towel.
Short of buying a premade crust, this is probably the easiest way to make an appetizer or meal that tastes pretty darn close to regular pizza. Feel free to swap out the tortilla for anything similar, like pita, lavash, gluten-free wrap, etc.

This one is WILD with that black squid ink pizza crust, although I won't be upset if you totally skip that step. I could see this being tasty with some type of buttery cajun sauce or alfredo in place of the marinara sauce, but you do you.
