Ball Park brand hot dogs, the maker of Angus Beef Franks, is giving away free hot dogs to those who are named Angus or Frank, even if only for the day!
For 100 hours, Ball Park is giving free Ball Park Franks to anyone named Angus or Frank, either in real name or on Twitter.
"To participate in the Angus Frank giveaway, everyone with the name Angus or Frank in their Twitter name or handle (even if only changed for the day) can enter the 100-hour giveaway by following @BallParkBrand on Twitter and tweeting their love for Ball Park Angus Beef Franks using #BallParkAngusGiveaway," as explained on PR Newswire.
"Everyone will receive a coupon for a free package of Ball Park Angus Beef Franks, just in time for their Fourth of July celebrations."
The giveaway started on June 21, so there is still plenty of time to claim your 100 percent angus beef hot dogs! According to the giveaway’s terms and conditions, the initiative will end either when 10,000 reward coupons are handed out or at 12 p.m. on June 25, whichever comes first.
"Hot dog sales peak over the July 4th holiday and it's our goal to get people to remember Ball Park brand and our Angus Beef Franks when they're stocking up for the long weekend," said Sara Shenoha, senior brand manager of the company. "Whether people change their name to Angus or Frank, we hope they won't forget our name when they fire up the grill this summer."
Various celebrities including Mario Lopez, Donald Faison, and Haylie Duff have changed their names to “Angus Frank” on Twitter, as well!
This giveaway is part of the company’s "100 Days of 100% Angus" campaign, which consists of helpful and funny social media posts, such as recipes, tips, videos, images, cinemagraphs, odes, and more.
Recipes posted thus far include the B.L.T. Dog, the Sonoran Dog, and the Pizza Dog, according to 100 Days of Angus. Such simple, yet unique ways to exercise both your creativity and taste buds while you grill this summer!
