But that’s not it, as BFC can be added to other offerings as well. You can upgrade any burger or breakfast sandwich that either fast-food chain is offering with a fried cheese patty. From Beyond Famous Stars to Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches, you can upgrade it all with the molten, fried cheese disc add on at a small upcharge of $3. The Big Fried Cheese is in all locations of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s across the nation. As of now, it would be safe to assume that the addition of this menu option is permanent.
