The good folks over at Don Julio Tequila have shared two of their signature drinks from the event, and guys, you're going to want to drink both of these. Right now. We promise.
You can even pair them with something delicious for Taco Tuesday! The possibilities are endless.
Helter Skelter

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Grapefruit Cordial*
1 1/2 oz Hibiscus Infused Soda Water
*Grapefruit Cordial (to make 1 cup)
Ingredients:
2 Grapefruits, zested
1/2 cup Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1/2 cup Cane Sugar
1/2 cup Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
*Preparation:
1. Add the grapefruit zest to cane sugar and set aside in a covered container for 12-24 hours.
2. Add fresh grapefruit juice to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
3. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer. Add sea salt.
Preparation:
1. Combine Tequila Don Julio Blanco, fresh lime juice and grapefruit cordial into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
2. Strain contents into a Highball glass over fresh ice.
3. Top with hibiscus infused soda water.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Lavender Syrup*
1/2 oz Mint Syrup**
Mint Sprig for Garnish
Spritz of Lavender
Spritz of Peppermint Water
*Lavender Syrup (to make 1 cup)
Ingredients:
25 grams Dried Lavender
1 cup Simple Syrup (equal parts cane sugar and water)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
*Preparation:
1. Add dried lavender to simple syrup. Cook in a water bath at 145ºF for 4 hours.
2. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer. Add sea salt.
**Mint Syrup (to make 1 cup)
Ingredients:
50 grams Fresh Mint Leaves (no stems)
1 cup Simple Syrup (equal parts cane sugar and water)
**Preparation:
1. Add fresh mint leaves to simple syrup. Cook in a water bath at 145ºF for 4 hours.
2. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer.
Preparation:
1. Combine Tequila Don Julio Blanco, fresh lemon juice, lavender syrup and mint syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
2. Strain contents into a Rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. Top with lavender and peppermint water. Garnish with mint sprig.
