It is the year of the PSL. Pumpkin spice latte, now available in flapjack form.

Why drink your coffee, when you can eat it too?

Check out IHOP's brand new fall menu, where the amount of sugar is of no concern; the question "How far will they go with breakfast food?" is answered below:

IHOP unveiled its latest "Latte Lover's Pancakes" to PR Newswire, and you'll be excited to know that they come in four different-flavored sugar highs:

Espresso Mocha Cream: Chocolate pancakes layered with rich mocha cream and topped with chocolate-covered espresso beans.

Salted Caramel Java: Buttermilk pancakes topped with real coffee bean-infused butter and a drizzle of velvety, salted caramel.

Double Vanilla: Buttermilk pancakes served with vanilla bean cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Pumpkin Spice: An annual favorite, pumpkin pancakes made with real pumpkin and spices crowned with a creamy whipped topping.

At IHOP, every day is pancake day. But, this latte lover's fare is only available for a limited time only, from now until November 12.

Champion of all-day breakfast, IHOP's new fall menu will be a sure ace in the hole. I mean, how could it not?

The Salted Caramel Java pancakes are topped with coffee-infused butter;  the Double Vanilla pancakes are served with ice cream; the Espresso Mocha Cream pancakes will jack you up with enough sugar and caffeine to bring you to food high extremes.

It's dessert for breakfast, and if you're keen on emphasizing the breakfast part of the equation, order your stack as part of a combo meal, served with eggs and bacon. That way it's technically a complete breakfast.

Also, if your kids fancy a little food play, they can do that at IHOP too, where they will be celebrating Halloween with Scary Face Pancakes during the month of October. They'll love the IHOP buttermilk pancake stack, served with whipped cream, a strawberry nose and candy sides, along with mini OREO cookies and candy corn for a do-it-yourself decoration.

And if you and your kids (12 and under) visit IHOP on Halloween between 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., you get Scary Face Pancakes for free!

IHOP posted on its Instagram, "They say that 90% of success is showing up. Same with eating pumpkin spice pancakes. Come on down."  Brb, omw.
