Cheer up! KFC Plans on Expanding Vegan Fried Chicken to 70 Locations in the US
If you were hoping that your beloved fast-food restaurant chain with expertise in fried chicken noticed how much you loved their vegan fried chicken, well, then rest back because they have! Last year Kentucky Fried Chicken in collaboration with Beyond Meat, offered plant-based alternatives to fried chicken.
For an entire day, people could buy vegan protein at KFC in Atlanta and well KFC found the sale numbers to be finger lickin' good. The huge flock of customers hoping that came in, hoping to satisfy their vegan thirst, wiped out the entire plant-based meat stock within five hours According to LiveKindly, KFC has decided to bring back the Beyond Meat at restaurants in 70 locations.
These locations include cities such as Belmont, Lincolnton, Mint Hill, Charlotte, Salisbury, Davidson and Nashville. However, if you are one of those who missed out on the initial launch, avoid the regret since, as per KFC's plans this time the release will be longer than just one day. You can get the Beyond Chicken from Feb2 through Feb23 or until the supplies last.
During this time, you can enjoy the vegan chicken along with either a dipping sauce or tossed in Honey BBQ, Buffalo or Nashville Hot Sauce. You can get them in 4-pieces, 12-pieces or even as combo options.
