  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 6 oz peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, divided in half
  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 12-15 mini Reese's peanut butter cups, cuts into quarters

 

Crust:

  1. Add melted butter to cookie crumbs. Mix well.
  2. Spread cookie mixture into the bottom and sides of a greased 9 inch tart pan with removable bottom. Set aside.

 

Filling:

  1. Put peanut butter chips into a microwave safe bowl. Add 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.
  2. Microwave mixture until cream begins to boil, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and whisk mixture until smooth.
  3. Pour peanut butter ganache into crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate until somewhat firm, about 15 minutes
  4. Put chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Add remaining 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.
  5. Microwave mixture until cream begins to boil, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and whisk mixture until smooth.
  6. Pour chocolate ganache over peanut butter ganache and spread evenly.
  7. Top with quartered mini Reese's.
  8. Refrigerate tart until firm, about an hour.
