With its rich, chocolate ganache, Reese's peanut butter cups, and Oreo cookie crust, this easy-to-make, no-bake chocolate and peanut butter tart will complement any meal. It's all of your childhood favorites come to life in one simple, exquisite dessert.
- 1 1/2 cups Oreo crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 6 oz peanut butter chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, divided in half
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 12-15 mini Reese's peanut butter cups, cuts into quarters
Crust:
- Add melted butter to cookie crumbs. Mix well.
- Spread cookie mixture into the bottom and sides of a greased 9 inch tart pan with removable bottom. Set aside.
Filling:
- Put peanut butter chips into a microwave safe bowl. Add 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.
- Microwave mixture until cream begins to boil, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and whisk mixture until smooth.
- Pour peanut butter ganache into crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate until somewhat firm, about 15 minutes
- Put chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Add remaining 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.
- Microwave mixture until cream begins to boil, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and whisk mixture until smooth.
- Pour chocolate ganache over peanut butter ganache and spread evenly.
- Top with quartered mini Reese's.
- Refrigerate tart until firm, about an hour.
