Calling all Reese’s lovers out there! Who doesn’t want to have some peanut butter chocolate-y goodness in the morning? No one! We just don’t have it because it’s not the norm and because we’ve been told that we shouldn’t have candy in the morning. But Reese’s is about to break that mentality with their Peanut Butter and Chocolate Snack Cake, which is perfectly acceptable to have for breakfast. Yes, this dessert was actually created to be a mid-morning treat you can indulge in! What’s actually in their snack cakes? They are packed with the delicious peanut butter and chocolate flavor you know so well, but in the form of chocolate cake and peanut butter creme. That cake is then coated in milk chocolate. Can you taste it? Mike Orr, a brand manager of grocery and snack brands at Reese’s owner Hershey, literally said, “We wanted to create the perfect treat for Reese's fans to satisfy that mid-morning sweet tooth. We know that sometimes you just don't want to wait until lunch.” This tasty treat will be released in December 2020 with a suggested retail price of $1.99, and they will be available in convenience stores.
