Taco Bell's New Jalapeño Noir Wine is a Must-Try

Ingredients

In just two days, Taco Bell is launching their brand new Jalapeño Noir Wine! That’s right - mark your calendars for September 16th. I can’t say I could’ve predicted this unexpected release from Taco Bell. I mean, I have never associated going to Taco Bell’s drive-thru and placing an order for some tacos, quesadillas and tostadas and a bottle of wine?! But I’m definitely not mad at it either. Let’s add this to a list of strange things to happen in 2020.

According to Taco Bell, their Jalapeño Noir Wine would pair perfectly with just about anything from their menu. However, the brand suggests drinking it with the Toasted Cheesy Chalupa, which is a six-month-aged sharp cheddar cheese toasted onto the iconic chalupa shell that is filled with seasoned beef and any additional toppings of your choice. Again - a bit of an odd pairing for my taste but I’m definitely intrigued by what Jalapeño Wine would taste like. Unfortunately, this limited-edition Taco Bell wine is only available in Canada - so with that being said, bye for now - I’m off to learn how to make this Jalapeño Wine concoction.
