If you are a fan of Legos, beef burgers, and bright, vivid colors -- which is a very specific combination we know, but bear with us -- you have really hit the culinary jackpot, because there's a new kind of burger in the Philippines that caters to your every desire.
Jergs Correa, a Lego fan and culinary innovator, opened his restaurant Brick Burger in August 2016, and now serves 10 different kinds of burgers that are shaped like those colorful, stackable toy bricks from our childhood.
The patties are square and typical; the buns are what really bring the concept together, as they are colorful, ranging from black to red to bright yellow to orange.
If you're not in the mood for a burger, you can still go and enjoy the ambiance and order one of Brick Burger's four varieties of chicken wings, an assortment of different pastas, a slew of different sides (think rice, fries, onion rings, nachos and the like) or some soft drinks and desserts.
Brick Burger is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and while it is not associated, affiliated, endorsed or sponsored by The Lego Group, the restaurant remains committed to allowing their customers to play with their food while they enjoy it too.
We're totally into the whimsical and super bright and poppy fare this restaurant is offering!
What do you think? Would you take a trip to Brick Burger if you found yourself in the Philippines? What about if the company opened up a restaurant stateside?
