Quick Aioli Ingredients
2 pressed garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Easy Tuna Meatballs Ingredients
2 cans 5oz Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1 egg
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
To make the aioli, Whisk the aioli ingredients and adjust seasoning to your taste. Set aside in the refrigerator.

To make the tuna cocktail meatballs, pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until just finely chopped and blended. Scoop, shape and roll the mixture into generous tablespoon-sized meatballs. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides, about 2 minutes total. Serve with the garlic aioli.
