This recipe is flawless. Everyone loves a fast and delicious breakfast option. Ladies and gents, I present to you – the 3-ingredient vegan pancakes. Pancakes are a classic food we’ve all come to love, and with just these three ingredients, you can explore the richness of the fluffy, yummy, and nicely topped vegan pancakes. 

They are easy and fun to make and can be enjoyed over and over again. All 3 ingredients needed are oats, milk, and bananas, so you may already have them in your kitchen. I chose oats over regular flour because of its health benefits; it is rich in magnesium, protein, manganese, and fiber. Also, oats contain beta-glucans which helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

The ripe bananas on your kitchen counter are also perfect for this recipe. When bananas ripen, the starch is converted to sugar and that’s what makes it soft and sweet. Frozen banana works also, in case you don’t have fresh bananas. I know you must have seen a lot of recipes on the internet or even on Instagram, but trust me none comes close to this. Some people have tagged pancakes “unhealthy” saying it contains lots of fat and calories. Well, I’m excited to tell you this vegan pancake recipe is completely vegan and very healthy as it is gluten and oil free – no kidding.

Be the master of your vegan pancakes game and layer these pancakes with the fruit of your choice or just stick to the one we’ve chosen for you – fresh berries. I would suggest you use larger sized berries so they don’t fall out when placed on top. Berry maple syrup, chocolate sauce, and coconut whipped cream are also great options for toppings.
