  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 ounces mini shell pasta, cooked
  • Freshly chopped parsley
