  • 1 apple, roughly chopped
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 2 kiwi, peeled
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 ¼ cups oat milk
  • ¼ cup ice, or as desired
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
