Ingredients
- 8 oz. sour cream, at room temperature
- 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella
- 2 oz. shredded parmesan cheese
- 6 oz. pitted black olives, sliced
- 6 oz. Starfine Foods Spanish Manzanilla Pitted Olives, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
- Sliced French bread, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or a 9 inch cast iron skillet. Set it aside.
- Add the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the parmesan cheese to a bowl. Mix until well combined then fold in the black olives and Starfine Foods Spanish Manzanilla Pitted Olives. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Spread the olive mixture into the greased dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Then broil it for 1 minute until the top turns golden brown.
- Remove the dish from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with French bread and enjoy!
