Baked Cheesy Olive Dip


  • 8 oz. sour cream, at room temperature
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella
  • 2 oz. shredded parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz. pitted black olives, sliced
  • 6 oz. Starfine Foods Spanish Manzanilla Pitted Olives, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Sliced French bread, for serving

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or a 9 inch cast iron skillet. Set it aside.
  2. Add the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the parmesan cheese to a bowl. Mix until well combined then fold in the black olives and Starfine Foods Spanish Manzanilla Pitted Olives. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Spread the olive mixture into the greased dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Then broil it for 1 minute until the top turns golden brown.
  4. Remove the dish from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with French bread and enjoy!
