- 1 pint of strawberries
- ¼ cup of aged balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup of orange juice
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Wash and slice strawberries into small bite-sized pieces.
- Pour balsamic, maple syrup, orange juice, and vanilla into a saucepan. Bring to boil and let simmer for 5 minutes to slightly thicken. Pour over strawberries in a jar or in a bowl. Cover and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to marinate.
- Serve over yogurt with granola, or ice cream. Will keep in the fridge for 3 days in a jar.
