Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup flour
- 1 t s baking powder
- 1 t s baking soda
- ½ t s salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 t s ground cinnamon
- ½ t s ground nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 t s vanilla extract
- 3 medium banana (ripe banana best)
- 1 ½ cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- In a large bowl combine beaten eggs, yogurt, oli, sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add in dry mix.
- When everything incorporated well, mix in mashed banana and mix well again. Add raspberries and incorporate.
- Heat the oven for 375 F. Place the batter in a deep baking pan (bread form) smearing the surface of the pan with butter or oil.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- When baked wait minimum 15 minutes before removing bread from the form.
