The ultimate Halloween party calls for the ultimate party appetizer: Batty Cheese! Make them look evil with red bell pepper eyes and you're in business!
  1. In a large bowl, mix mozzarella, bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly.
  2. Crush a bowl of blue or black corn chips. Using your hands, form the cheese mixture into 1-inch balls, and roll in the crushed chips until thoroughly coated. Place on a tray. Continue until all the cheese is used. Refrigerate for at least one hour or until firm.
  3. Before serving, remove from the refrigerator and insert 2 whole corn chips to create wings. Decorate eyes with sour cream and diced red bell peppers. Serve Batty Cheese and enjoy!
