Beef Jerky Fried Rice


  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Half of an onion, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • ½ cup sliced Country Archer Provisions Death Reaper Beef Jerky
  • ½ cup peas and carrots
  • ½ cup green onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fried egg, for serving
  • Cilantro, for garnish

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the beaten eggs and start to scramble. Add rice on top of the scrambled eggs and stir to combine.
  2. Add Country Archer Provisions Death Reaper Beef Jerky, peas and carrots, and green onion. Season with sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook until ingredients are well incorporated and heated through.
  3. To serve, top with a fried egg and garnish with cilantro.
