  • Ingredient 4 8 oz white cheddar cheese, chopped
  • Ingredient 5 8 oz yellow cheddar cheese, chopped
  • Ingredient 6 1/4 cup whole milk
  • Ingredient 7 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Ingredient 8 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Ingredient 9 2 tsp mustard
  • Ingredient 10 salt to taste

1. Step 1 Measure ingredients because this is a fast recipe and slice cheese. 2. Step 2 Melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour until smooth. 3. Step 3 Start pouring in beer while slowly whisking. Let the mixture come to a simmer. 4. Step 4 Add sliced cheeses, milk, mustard and seasonings. 5. Step 5 Slowly stir with a whisk or a wooden spoon while the cheese is melting. 6. Step 6 Once cheese is melted, let it come to simmer and take it off heat.
