Beetroot & Feta Hummus


  • 1 cup beets, cooked and cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil, to garnish
  • Sumac, to garnish
  • Feta cheese, to garnish
  • Micro greens or herbs, optional to garnish

  1. Add the beets and garlic to the food processor with the original hummus. Blend until even in color and smooth.
  2. Transfer the hummus to a bowl then garnish with olive oil, feta cheese, sumac and miro greens or herbs.
