Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a bowl add the diced tomato and cherry tomatoes, followed by the diced chili peppers.
- Stir in the diced onion and freshly chopped parsley, juice of a lemon, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
