Ingredients
- 1 blood orange, sliced
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 1 bunch purple kale
- 1 golden plum, sliced
- ¼ cup candied pecans
- 2 endives, quartered lengthwise
- Fresh mint sprigs
- Fresh dill sprigs
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
Instructions
1. In a mason jar combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt and mustard. Shake well till
combined and set aside.
2. Rinse all produce and begin layering plate. Begin with kale, then endive. Add in fruits and pecans and garnish with the fresh herbs. Drizzle with dressing, snap a pic and enjoy!
