Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 (8oz. package) cream cheese
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs, l at a time mixing after each addition.
- In a separate bowl combine together 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine milk and water.
- Combine flour mixture to butter mixture alternating with milk mixture.
- Mix until well blended then gently stir in blueberries and cream cheese.
- Pour batter into a 9 in square pan and bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.
