  • For the Bread:
  • 1 can biscuit dough, quartered
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 eggs, scrambled
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

When having breakfast do you ever wish there was a way to have all of your favorite things in one bite? Now you can with this Breakfast Pull-Apart Bread. It's delicious.
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, mix quarter biscuits, melted butter, bell peppers, bacon, 1 cup cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and chives. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Grease a bundt cake pan. Add mixture to pan. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. While bundt bakes, make the sauce by mixing sour cream, dijon, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  6. Remove bundt from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Using a knife, loosen the sides. Invert onto a plate to remove bundt from the pan. Drizzle with sauce, serve Breakfast Pull Apart Bread, and enjoy!
