- 1 bag HiCAF® Cinnamont Toast Black Tea or 1 teaspoon Coconut Pu-erh Full-Leaf Tea
- 1-2 teaspoons grass fed butter or a combination of butter and virgin coconut oil
- Milk or sweetener
- Steep tea with 6 ounces boiling water for 3 minutes in a large mug.
- Add butter (or butter and coconut oil). Whip up with a hand blender or frother. Add milk or sweetener to taste.
