  • ¾ creamy peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softend
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cool whip

  2. Fill 2 copper mugs 3/4 of the way full with crushed ice, then divide the cocktail mixture between mugs. Top off each mug with chilled ginger beer, filling to the top.
