Caramel Coconut Frozen Coffee


  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup coconut milk (can use light coconut milk for a lighter version)
  • 2 tablespoons Torani Sugar-Free Classic Caramel syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
  • Additional shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)

  1. Brew 2 cups of strong coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, coconut milk, Torani Sugar-Free Classic Caramel syrup, sweetened shredded coconut, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if necessary to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Taste the frozen coffee and adjust sweetness or caramel flavor as desired by adding more Torani syrup if needed.
