2. Stir in the sugar, egg, and milk and mix until combined.
3. Transfer the mixture into a prepared pan well greased with butter and dusted with flour, and bake in an already preheated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees for about 25 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, in a nonstick frying pan melt the butter and sugar and cook for 5 minutes until the sugar will start turning golden brown in color.
5. Add the peaches coated with flour and stir in the milk and cinnamon.
6. Cook the whole sauce for about 5 minutes and keep it on a warm place until the cake is ready.
7. As soon as you remove the cake out from the oven transfer the caramel and peach topping on top of the cake and cut slices.
8. Serve and enjoy.
