Ingredients
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 pear sliced
- 2 figs cut in quarters
- 2 cups grapes
- 1 8β baguette sliced
- 2 cups crackers
- 1 pack of blue cheese
- 2 cups cheese balls
- 1 cup olives
- 1/2 cup mixed salami
- 1/2 cup prosciutto
Instructions
- Assemble on a platter or wooden board big enough to accommodate all ingredients.
- If doing your charcuterie ahead of time, brush apples and pears lightly with lemon juice to avoid browning.
- Add the ingredients one at a time, taking care to assemble it beautifully.
