Cut the bread in half then generously layer on the mayo and mustard.

Tightly wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap the press it down with a cast iron pan. Allow to sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours to over night, Unwrap the sandwich, slice and garnish with a toothpick, pickles and olives.
