
Ingredients
- 1 French bread stick
- 4 tbls. mayo
- 4 tbls. mustard/li>
- 8 slices colby jack cheese
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- ¼ pound salami
- ¼ pound proscuitto
- ¼ pound mortadella
- ¼ cup pickles, cut in half
- ¼ cup olived, sliced
- ¼ cup roasted red pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2-3 tbls. red wine vinegarette
Instructions
- Cut the bread in half then generously layer on the mayo and mustard.
- Add the cheese then then layer the deli meats on top of the cheese followed by the pickles, olived, red peppers, seasoning and red wine vinegarette
- Tightly wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap the press it down with a cast iron pan. Allow to sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours to over night, Unwrap the sandwich, slice and garnish with a toothpick, pickles and olives.
