  • 1 French bread stick
  • 4 tbls. mayo
  • 4 tbls. mustard/li>
  • 8 slices colby jack cheese
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • ¼ pound salami
  • ¼ pound proscuitto
  • ¼ pound mortadella
  • ¼ cup pickles, cut in half
  • ¼ cup olived, sliced
  • ¼ cup roasted red pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2-3 tbls. red wine vinegarette

  1. Cut the bread in half then generously layer on the mayo and mustard.
  2. Add the cheese then then layer the deli meats on top of the cheese followed by the pickles, olived, red peppers, seasoning and red wine vinegarette
  3. Tightly wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap the press it down with a cast iron pan. Allow to sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours to over night, Unwrap the sandwich, slice and garnish with a toothpick, pickles and olives.
