Cheesecake Filled Strawberries

Ingredients

We know you love cheesecake (you're human, after all). So chances are good you'll be obsessed with these Cheesecake Filled Strawberries. No-bake, super simple, and the perfect treat to set out for guests, or yourself!
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, vanilla, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Scoop filling into a piping bag, or a ziplock bag with a corner cut off.
  2. Cut the tips off the strawberries and hollow out the center. Fill each strawberry with cheesecake filling.
  3. Dip each strawberry in granulated sugar and caramelize sugar using a cooking torch. If you don't have one, you can also broil for only 1 minute.
  4. Serve Cheesecake Filled Strawberries with whipped cream and enjoy!
