- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup whiskey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 bags frozen cherries
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 graham crackers, crushed

- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add frozen cherries and honey. Cook until bubbling.

- Begin assembling your cheesecake. In a glass or jar of your choice, layer crushed graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, more graham crackers, and finally, your cherry topping.
