Add the caramel candies and butter into a sauce pan. Heat it over medium-low heat until the caramel candies have melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add the Old Bay Seasoned Caramel Popcorn to a large bowl. Pour the caramel sauce over the popcorn and mix until the popcorn is evenly coated. Allow the popcorn to cool slightly.
In the meantime, add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate in 30 second intervals, mixing after each session, until the chocolate is melted.
Form the popcorn into 5 softball sized balls. Stick a popsicle stick into each popcorn ball. Dip the popcorn ball into the melted chocolate until half of it is coated. Add sprinkles onto the chocolate then place the popcorn ball onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and allow the chocolate to harden. Enjoy!
