Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk;½ cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt;½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar, optional
- Preheat a skillet with cooking spray to medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour one ladle of mix into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until small bubbles pop up. Then, flip and cook for another minute.
