- ¾ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- ½ teaspoon orange extract
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup dark cocoa powder
- 1 cup melted semi sweet chocolate
