Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta bread
  • 3 ½ cups warm milk
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs

  1. Cut the bread into small cubes and toast them in heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl add the warm milk, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and the eggs.
  3. Mix until combined and pour the mixture over the toasted bread.
  4. Let the bread cook in heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
  5. Let it cool slightly and serve in a plate with marshmallows burned with torch and scoop of ice cream.
