Ingredients
- 2 pieces of cornbread
- 1 tablespoon of mayo
- 1-2 teaspoons mustard
- ¼ an avocado, sliced
- 1 cheese slice of your choice
- ¼ cup of leftover turkey
- A handful of spinach
- ¼ cup of cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Spread the mayo on the cornbread then layer with mustard.
- Placed sliced avocado then the cheese, leftover turkey and spinach on the cornbread.
- Generously spoon the cranberry sauce onto the remaining piece of cornbread then top off the sandwich.
- Slice and enjoy.
