2 pieces of cornbread 1 tablespoon of mayo 1-2 teaspoons mustard ¼ an avocado, sliced 1 cheese slice of your choice ¼ cup of leftover turkey A handful of spinach ¼ cup of cranberry sauce Spread the mayo on the cornbread then layer with mustard. Placed sliced avocado then the cheese, leftover turkey and spinach on the cornbread. Generously spoon the cranberry sauce onto the remaining piece of cornbread then top off the sandwich. Slice and enjoy.
