  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour for topping
  • 1/2 cups toasted coconut flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a baking dish and set it aside.
