Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup artichoke
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- [For Crumble]
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until nice and smooth.
- Spoon dip into a small baking dish or cast iron.
- Make the crumble by adding the breadcrumbs, parmesan and butter and mix with your hands forming a crumble.
- Spread the crumble over the top of the dip and then bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with chips.
