Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup artichoke
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • [For Crumble]
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until nice and smooth.
  3. Spoon dip into a small baking dish or cast iron.
  4. Make the crumble by adding the breadcrumbs, parmesan and butter and mix with your hands forming a crumble.
  5. Spread the crumble over the top of the dip and then bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with chips.
