- 6 ounces cooked grilled chicken
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon dry Ranch dressing mix
- 1/3 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 2 larges tortillas
- 2/3 cup finely shredded cabbage
- Combine the mayo and ranch dressing mix in a medium bowl.
- Place the tortillas on a flat surface, add 1 tbsp BBQ sauce, Ranch mayo, chicken, bell pepper, cucumber and cabbage.
- Roll up tightly, and slice in half.
