Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup ground pork
- 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon day soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Shaoxing wine
- 1 package Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Chinese Style Dan Dan Noodles
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Soft boiled egg, for serving
- Sliced green onion, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook until no longer pink. Stir in hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, and Shaoxing wine then set aside.
- Heat chicken broth with the sauce from Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Chinese Style Dan Dan Noodles.
- Add the noodles from Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Chinese Style Dan Dan Noodles to a ramen bowl. Pour warmed broth over the noodles. Top with ground pork and a soft boiled egg, then garnish with green onions.
