Once you try this grilled cheese recipe, you'll never have it any other way!
- Cook bacon in a pan until crispy. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Butter each side of bread. Place bread, butter side down, in a skillet. Top with cheddar cheese, pickles, bacon and more cheese. Top with the second slice of bread.
- Cook over medium-low heat, flipping halfway until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
