Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen dragon fruit cubes (or 1 3.5 ounces packet of frozen dragon fruit)
- 1 banana chopped and frozen
- 1 cup mango chopped and frozen
- 1 cup Mori-Nu Plus Fortified Tofu.
- Coconut
- Fresh fruit
- Nuts or nut butter
- Granola
- Chia seeds
Instructions
- Place the ingredients together in a blender, including Mori-Nu Plus Fortified Tofu. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowls, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
