  • 1 banana chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup mango chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup Mori-Nu Plus Fortified Tofu.
Toppings(optional):
  • Coconut
  • Fresh fruit
  • Nuts or nut butter
  • Granola
  • Chia seeds
