Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning (1.25 oz.)
- 1 bag Flamin’ Hot Cheetos (8.5 oz.)
- 4 flour tortillas (12-inch)
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- ½ cup nacho cheese
- 4 tostada shells
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups mexican cheese blend
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add ground beef and cook until beef has browned for about 8 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning.
- Drag set aside.
- Using a food processor, place Cheetos in, and pulse on high until Cheetos are blitzed to a powder.
- Heat tortillas in the microwave one at a time for 20 seconds.
- Brush melted butter on both sides and dust with Cheeto powder.
- Heat nacho cheese in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Working with 1 tortilla at a time, place ground beef in the center. Top with nacho cheese and tostada shell. Spread sour cream on top, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Fold the edges up over the center, folding inward as you go (like dog-earring a page in a book).
- Use a small plate to hold edges in place while you work with the remaining tortillas.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Place wrap seam-side down and cook until the underside is toasty-about 4 minutes.
- Flip with a spatula and cook another side about 2 minutes longer thus Flamin' Hot Cheetos Crunchwrap is ready.
- Serve Flamin' Hot Cheetos Crunchwrap immediately.
