- Place cookie dough on the pan, press evenly in bottoms. Cook according to the recipe or instruction. Cool in pans completely, about 20 minutes. Press edges flat.
- Remove cookies from pans. Spread with fudge topping. Cut in 2 pieces
- Spread ice cream evenly over fudge topping. Top with the remaining cookie, fudge side down. Place pan in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into 10-12 sandwiches.
