Fudgy Ice Cream Sandwiches


  • 1roll (16.5 oz) storebought or favorite chocolate chip cookies
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge topping
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

    • Place cookie dough on the pan, press evenly in bottoms. Cook according to the recipe or instruction. Cool in pans completely, about 20 minutes. Press edges flat.
    • Remove cookies from pans. Spread with fudge topping. Cut in 2 pieces
    • Spread ice cream evenly over fudge topping. Top with the remaining cookie, fudge side down. Place pan in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until firm.
    • Cut into 10-12 sandwiches.
