Ingredients
- 1 cup Little Secrets Peanut Butter Crispy Wafers, finely ground
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup peanuts
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups melted chocolate
- ½ cup melted white chocolate
- Add Little Secrets Peanut Butter Crispy Wafers sweetened condensed milk, peanuts, and powdered sugar to a food processor. Pulse until the mixture forms a ball.
- Use a cookie scoop to form balls and place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Transfer to the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
- Once set, use your hand to form balls into football shapes. Dip footballs into melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet to harden.
- Once the chocolate has hardened, add melted white chocolate to a piping bag. Cut off a small tip then pipe the laces of the football on top.
- Keep truffles in the fridge until ready to serve.
