Ingredients

  • 1 cup Little Secrets Peanut Butter Crispy Wafers, finely ground
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups melted chocolate
  • ½ cup melted white chocolate
  1. Add Little Secrets Peanut Butter Crispy Wafers sweetened condensed milk, peanuts, and powdered sugar to a food processor. Pulse until the mixture forms a ball.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to form balls and place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Transfer to the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
  3. Once set, use your hand to form balls into football shapes. Dip footballs into melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet to harden.
  4. Once the chocolate has hardened, add melted white chocolate to a piping bag. Cut off a small tip then pipe the laces of the football on top.
  5. Keep truffles in the fridge until ready to serve.
