Baileys French Toast! Our new favorite brunch food, and yours, too. Mostly people like to eat Baileys French Toast in
Breakfast.
1) In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Baileys, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
2) Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3) Dip sliced bread first in egg mixture, then coat in crushed Cocoa Puffs. Gently add coated bread to skillet and cook until both sides are golden brown.
4) Serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup if desired. Enjoy!
