- 8 roma tomatoes
- Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 pound ground beef, browned
- 8 slices bacon
- Cut tomatoes in half and hollow out the inside.
- Stuff each tomato half with ground beef and a piece of mozzarella cheese.
- Put tomatoes back together and wrap with a slice of bacon, using toothpicks to secure the bacon in place.
- Pan fry tomatoes until bacon is crispy and cheese inside is melted.
- Remove toothpicks, serve and enjoy!
